I had a great time at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and the view from the balcony in the morning was amazing. The touristic bus stop next to the hotel was convenient. However, it was disappointing that the room wasn't serviced promptly in the mornings despite requests posted on the door.

The managers could improve in terms of service, especially Xavi, who was disappointing regarding a late check-out request. However, the overall service, from room service to tours assistance, was exceptional. The location, away from the city center's hustle and bustle, was idyllic, although not so convenient for easy access to amenities. The dining experience fell short of expectations with limited breakfast options, more fitting for a lower-tier hotel.

Clean and with fresh towels. The service was impeccable, with everyone from reception to the bar and breakfast staff providing 5-star service. The location, although a bit tired, was in a peaceful park-like setting high in the hills of Barcelona.
